Dune point has a perfect location on the beach side of cherry grove. You can walk down a private oath onto the beach and the main building is tucked away from all the shops and restaurants so you can rest undisturbed.

Had an awesome time. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about what to do in the area. The room was brand new, with a modern design. The location was great, and depending on your room you were maximum a 30 second walk to the beach. The walk from the ferry was about 3 min and they have a cart available to carry your stuff. The room did have a laminated sheet with all the information about the amenities available, though it was unnecessary because they told us personally. The beach is gorgeous and you have perfect access from the deck as well as plenty of chairs to relax in. You could walk to the Sunken Forest Nature preserve in about 5 min. and there is a beautiful trail that dead ended because it seems that part of it was washed away from Hurricane Sandy. The staff treated us like friends and we are looking forward to going back again.

Dune Point Guest House is awesome! Perfect location right by the beach in Cherry Grove, and only a 5 minute walk from the dock. The rooms are modern and have great kitchens. Highly recommended!
